Delete your data
Option 1: Delete your account in the app
- Open TierClimb and go to Settings.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
We revoke all platform access tokens immediately and delete your personal data within 30 days. An active App Store subscription must be canceled separately in your Apple ID settings.
Option 2: Disconnect a single platform
In the app go to Settings → Connected accounts and tap Disconnect. Data from that platform is deleted within 24 hours; your TierClimb account stays active.
Option 3: Revoke access on the platform
- Instagram / Meta: Instagram → Settings → Website permissions / Apps and websites → remove TierClimb.
- TikTok: TikTok → Settings and privacy → Security → Apps and services permissions → remove TierClimb.
- YouTube / Google: myaccount.google.com/permissions → TierClimb → Remove access.
When a platform notifies us that access was revoked, we delete the related data within 24 hours.
Option 4: Email us
Send a deletion request from the email address linked to your account to info@tierclimb.com. We confirm completion by email.
