Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how AWC-DIRECT LLC (“TierClimb”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and shares information when you use the TierClimb mobile app and the website tierclimb.com (together, the “Service”). TierClimb is only for people who are 18 or older.
1. Information we collect

We do not collect your social media passwords, precise location, contacts or the content of your direct messages. We never post on your behalf.
2. How we use information
- To provide coaching: growth audits, daily plans, hook checks, post reports, insights and progress toward platform payout programs.
- To run leagues: placing you in groups of similar creators and calculating the TierClimb League Score from your growth, engagement and consistency. The League Score is our own metric and not a metric of TikTok, Instagram or YouTube.
- To show other league members limited information about you: handle, avatar, niche, rounded follower range, weekly growth percentage and score.
- To show aggregated, anonymized benchmarks (e.g. “top creators in your league post 5× per week”). We never show another user’s individual posts or raw metrics.
- To send notifications you allow, provide support, prevent fraud (e.g. purchased followers), and improve the Service.
- To process subscriptions and comply with legal obligations.
3. AI processing
Coaching texts are generated with the help of an AI model provided by Anthropic. We send computed statistics, post titles/captions and, for hook checks, the selected frames and transcript. Hook check frames and transcripts are deleted immediately after analysis; only the text result is kept for up to 30 days. We do not allow our AI provider to use your data to train its models.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only with:
- Service providers that process data on our behalf: cloud hosting and database (Supabase), AI processing (Anthropic), subscription management (RevenueCat), product analytics and crash reporting, email delivery, and website hosting (IONOS).
- Other users, limited to the league information described above.
- Authorities when required by law, or to protect rights and safety.
- A successor in case of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
5. YouTube API Services
TierClimb uses YouTube API Services when you connect a YouTube channel. By connecting YouTube you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google’s handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke TierClimb’s access to your YouTube data at any time on the Google security settings page. YouTube data is refreshed or deleted within 30 days as required by YouTube’s policies, unless a longer period is permitted.
6. TikTok and Instagram
We access TikTok and Instagram data only through their official APIs with the permissions you grant. You can disconnect a platform in the app at any time (Settings → Connected accounts), or revoke access in the TikTok or Instagram settings. When access is revoked we delete the related platform data within 24 hours.
7. Retention
- Account and league data: while your account exists.
- Platform data: while the platform is connected, subject to platform-specific limits (see sections 5–6).
- Hook check frames and transcripts: deleted immediately after analysis.
- After you delete your account: all personal data is deleted within 30 days, except where we must keep records by law (e.g. tax records of purchases).
8. Your choices and rights
You can access and update your data in the app, disconnect platforms, change notification settings and delete your account in the app (Settings → Delete account) or by following the steps on our data deletion page. Depending on your state of residence (for example California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and other U.S. states with privacy laws), you may have the right to know, access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of your personal information and to opt out of certain processing. To exercise these rights, email info@tierclimb.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
9. Security
Platform access tokens are stored encrypted, data is transmitted over HTTPS, and access is restricted to what is needed to run the Service. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
10. Age requirement
TierClimb is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. If changes are material, we will notify you in the app or by email before they take effect.
