Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of the TierClimb app and website (the “Service”) provided by AWC-DIRECT LLC (“TierClimb”, “we”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. One account per person; each social media account can be connected to only one TierClimb account.
2. Connected platforms
The Service works with TikTok, Instagram and YouTube through their official APIs. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms. TierClimb is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by TikTok, Meta or Google/YouTube. Platform features, data and programs may change or become unavailable at any time.
3. Coaching, no guarantees
Coaching, insights, predictions and “path to payout” estimates are based on your past data and general patterns. They are suggestions, not promises. We do not guarantee any number of views, followers, earnings or acceptance into any platform monetization program; those decisions are made solely by the platforms.
4. Leagues and fair play
The TierClimb League Score is our own metric. You agree not to manipulate it, for example by buying followers, views or engagement, using bots, or connecting accounts you do not own. We may adjust scores, remove you from a league or suspend accounts that violate these rules.
5. Subscriptions
- TierClimb Pro is an auto-renewing subscription purchased through the Apple App Store. Prices are shown in the app before purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase (or at the end of a free trial). Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings. Deleting the app or your TierClimb account does not cancel an active subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
6. Your content and license
You keep all rights to your videos and content. You grant us a limited license to process the data and content you make available (including hook check frames and transcripts) solely to provide and improve the Service as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Service: no illegal activity, harassment of other users, offensive handles or images, attempts to access other users’ data, reverse engineering, scraping, or interfering with the Service’s operation. You can report or block other users in the app.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or where required by law or by a platform’s requirements.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TierClimb will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email before they take effect. Continued use after that means you accept the updated Terms.
