3. About the Service
TierClimb is an AI growth coach for creators aged 18 and older on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube Shorts. It analyzes a creator’s own statistics through the platforms’ official APIs, gives coaching on videos, shows progress toward platform payout programs, and runs weekly leagues among creators of similar size. The app is distributed through the Apple App Store. TierClimb is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by TikTok, Meta or Google/YouTube.
4. Reporting a problem
If you believe a profile shown in TierClimb is offensive, unlawful or misuses your identity, report it in the app or email info@tierclimb.com with a description and where you found it. We review reports and may remove profiles from leagues or suspend accounts.
5. Dispute resolution
Our dispute resolution process is described in the Terms of Service.
6. Liability for links
The Service may contain links to external websites over which we have no control. We are not responsible for the content of those sites; responsibility lies with their respective operators. If we become aware of a legal violation on a linked site, we will remove the link.
