Why can’t I connect Instagram?
Instagram only shares statistics for Creator or Business accounts. Switching is free: in Instagram open Settings → Account type and tools → Switch to professional account → Creator. Then connect again in TierClimb.
Do you see my password or post for me?
No. You sign in on the official TikTok, Instagram or Google page. TierClimb only gets read access to the statistics you approve and never posts on your behalf.
How is the league score calculated?
Each week you compete with creators of similar size and niche. The TierClimb League Score combines follower growth in percent, engagement on posts from that week, and consistency (posting days and daily missions). Unusual spikes, such as purchased followers, don’t count.
Does TierClimb guarantee I’ll get paid by TikTok or YouTube?
No. We show your progress toward program thresholds and coach you toward them, but TikTok and YouTube decide on eligibility and payouts.
How do I cancel my subscription?
On your iPhone open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → TierClimb → Cancel Subscription. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
How do I delete my account and data?
In the app: Settings → Delete account. More options are on our data deletion page.
Is my video uploaded for the hook check?
No. Your video stays on your phone. Only a few still frames from the opening and a transcript of the first seconds are analyzed and deleted right after.
